Bitinstant -Dwolla failed verification - AGAIN

I am having this problem AGAIN with bitinstant, this is twice in a month.  I posted to the support thread but as of almost 24 hrs later I have had no reply.

My info is as follows:

Use the "Contact Us" widget at the bottom to get a live chat (who will probably just forward your request to tech support) or email support@bitinstant.com

I've had the same issue, and I understand they are working on it. Following up with them more than once every 24 hours will probably help.
