That being said, I remember that 99bitcoin site. If I recall correctly, I received mostly 100 satoshis per claim only.

99bitcoins definitely pays as it's a legitimate site. I have received my bits from them; happened many months ago, or I'd provide payment proof. This bitbin post, however, is the OP's way of making a few satoshi instead of just linking to 99bitcoins.com directly. Not sure if the registration is currently working, as someone stated that it's not, but I can definitely say that I did receive my bits from 99bitcoins.
