explain....in layman's terms.  Are you saying the load time is slow? If so the second load will be fast after  cookies are set

For the server-side script you can make a faucet list in mysql that will appear on your both faucetlist.

On the image you make a new level. The new level is before of the background. You fill the level with white background and change the visibility of the level. You can do it with paint.net.

On the server-side script you make a table in the mysql (id, name, info, reward, claim_interval, faucetlink) and make for each faucet an entry.
After that, you make a query in php to the (faucet)table and make for each entry an table row.

You don't need to change on both faucet the faucetlist. With MySQL the change will affect on both faucet
