I've got a limited PayPal account with 293 euro in balance. It has been limited for more than 6 months so the funds can be withdrawn to any Visa card or U.S. bank account.


I am looking for 60% in Bitcoin.

What was the reason your paypal account was limited? Why not withdraw it yourself?

I can't withdraw it myself as it's made with fake data. To withdraw the balance you need a U.S bank account or a Visa that works with any name.

If you cant get a hold of your own funds, what makes anyone else can?
