https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1424516.0

He locked the topic after I responded. He accused me of being a scammer because he was somehow holding up the transaction and making it not confirm. It confirmed and transferred out in the same confirmation here https://blockchain.info/address/1Dr8UwGBdC58GKpVjuL3x2pMm1rAXTKvKP The two .07 transactions for $70 PSC. He won't respond on skype or on here. Don't do business with him. He's selling an account and a 100 dollar best buy card right now.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=705553;sa=showPosts You can confirm what I've said here.

Scam attempt by a guy who sent me transaction without fees.
Anybody please rebroadcast the transaction in my wallet.
https://blockchain.info/address/1Dr8UwGBdC58GKpVjuL3x2pMm1rAXTKvKP

[4/11/2016 10:30:49 PM] dimitry shnur: waiting for 1transaction confirmation
[4/11/2016 10:30:53 PM] Rubyx: Ok
[4/11/2016 10:30:59 PM] dimitry shnur: you don't have added a fee, why?
[4/11/2016 10:31:17 PM] dimitry shnur: https://blockchain.info/tx/4904c2aa6f0bedb71dedf7f7333e71377c3d910625f49b695e0c8bd6735c5926
[4/11/2016 10:31:24 PM] dimitry shnur: no fees added.
[4/11/2016 10:31:50 PM] Rubyx: Oh, I must have turned that off on my wallet on accident.
[4/11/2016 10:32:01 PM] Rubyx: That must have been why I was having trouble before.
[4/11/2016 10:32:10 PM] Rubyx: It took like 30 minutes once.
[4/11/2016 10:32:21 PM] dimitry shnur: I think without fee it will not get confirmed.
[4/11/2016 10:32:26 PM] Rubyx: I'll change that now.
[4/11/2016 10:32:54 PM] Rubyx: It has in the past.
[4/11/2016 10:33:00 PM] dimitry shnur: nah , it will take much time may be a day , in worst case sometime transactions are even dropped out.
[4/11/2016 10:34:35 PM] Rubyx: You're right. I have it changed for the future.
[4/11/2016 10:35:25 PM] dimitry shnur: but the transaction you made right now will fuck the confirmation time.
[4/11/2016 10:35:34 PM] dimitry shnur: did you did that intentionally?
[4/11/2016 10:35:40 PM] Rubyx: No no.
[4/11/2016 10:35:50 PM] Rubyx: I've made transactions without it a lot apparently.
[4/11/2016 10:36:07 PM] Rubyx: I have no reason to do that.
[4/11/2016 10:36:20 PM] dimitry shnur: before it used to get confirmed now it is difficult.
[4/11/2016 10:37:10 PM] Rubyx: Last time I made a transaction was September 2015.
[4/11/2016 10:37:43 PM] Rubyx: Anyways, I'm sorry about that.
[4/11/2016 10:38:07 PM] dimitry shnur: just see the no of transactions are pending and the date from which time they are pending because of low fees.
[4/11/2016 10:38:08 PM] dimitry shnur: https://blockchain.info/address/1D1mmh6qnv6ZXKiXzcgEuQcbwpqGxwXCW2
[4/11/2016 10:38:31 PM] dimitry shnur: September 2015 is far ago , now system has changed.
[4/11/2016 10:38:49 PM] Rubyx: That's true.
[4/11/2016 10:39:13 PM] dimitry shnur: see the unconfirmed transactions https://blockchain.info/address/1D1mmh6qnv6ZXKiXzcgEuQcbwpqGxwXCW2 ,, I think they will never confirm and will apprantely dropped by network.
[4/11/2016 10:39:49 PM] Rubyx: I think it can take like 30 minutes.
[4/11/2016 10:39:51 PM] Rubyx: It used to.
[4/11/2016 10:40:10 PM] dimitry shnur: it used to , now it doesnot .
[4/11/2016 10:41:06 PM] dimitry shnur: all I cant do anything right now.
[4/11/2016 10:41:08 PM] Rubyx: It says it's high priority.
[4/11/2016 10:41:15 PM] Rubyx: Oh I understand.
[4/11/2016 10:41:34 PM] Rubyx: Bitcoin core will notify me when it's confirmed.
[4/11/2016 10:41:38 PM] dimitry shnur: even https://blockchain.info/address/1D1mmh6qnv6ZXKiXzcgEuQcbwpqGxwXCW2 all transaction says high priority.
[4/11/2016 10:41:59 PM] Rubyx: Well that's a useless stat then.
[4/11/2016 10:42:11 PM] dimitry shnur: yeah meanwhile if you urgently need Paysafecards , then please send the money with high fee so that I can send right away.
[4/11/2016 10:42:26 PM] dimitry shnur: I have around 140+$ PSC
[4/11/2016 10:42:41 PM] Rubyx: Hmmm...
[4/11/2016 10:43:22 PM] Rubyx: I don't need this second, I'll see if it's done in an hour.
[4/11/2016 10:43:25 PM] dimitry shnur: I have a long business over forum and I do have faced such situations from scammers.
[4/11/2016 10:43:39 PM] Rubyx: I'm not trying to I mean it.
[4/11/2016 10:43:49 PM] dimitry shnur: yeah , I can understand.
[4/11/2016 10:44:04 PM] dimitry shnur: don't worry once all gets confirmed you will have 35$
[4/11/2016 10:44:14 PM] Rubyx: Okay cool, good.
[4/11/2016 10:44:20 PM] Rubyx: I'll give you a trust on the site.
[4/11/2016 10:44:29 PM] Rubyx: You seem cool.
[4/11/2016 10:45:05 PM] dimitry shnur: I don't deal for trust , I deal and trust automatically accumulate on my profile.
[4/11/2016 10:55:55 PM] Rubyx: https://blockchain.info/tx/a53fbbe88d3fbc5b3e1d6c1aeb61a0f9b49e4bc22ca2339789a35fd2b082d7bd See this is my last transaction, no fee.

[4/11/2016 11:05:50 PM] Rubyx: I'll send another with a fee. If the first comes through send me another 35 PSC.
[4/11/2016 11:05:59 PM] dimitry shnur: i am sure the pprevious txn will get dropped out.
[4/11/2016 11:06:01 PM] Rubyx: And if it comes back I'll keep it.
