Ok, Coming into skype as OP mentioned for vouch copy,

This vouch is completely based on step by step he guide me on skype

So My review for his method is :

1. Setup for 1 site is Simple  only 5 till 10 minutes to make a premium account
2. Method doesn't involved anything illegal (hacking and cracking) it's only "bug" or i rather said "exploit"

I could said $100 usd is Fairly Price for this method , because you can make your own premium account. not cracking account which against bitcointalk's ToS.

And this method does not work for shutterstock
