How to setup a Paypal account?

I just purchased a VCC , now how to proceed to get my PayPal account?
any ideas and suggestions?

I think you will need to add this vcc to the paypal "link/edit card" option . If you already have a paypal then got to money section and click on "Link a card" option and just link the card .

Just register a paypal account.

i think this ^^ is the best answer so far... Paypal is actually quite user-friendly if i remember correctly (i have my account since i was 18, which is really, really, long ago. I didn't have a single problem setting it up tough).
If you have problems, just use google or open a ticket. At least a couple hundred other people will have asked the exact same question.
