I want to remark that if buyer got a phisycal PSC Pin, once seller charge 16 digits in his PSC account, payment is not reversible anymore.

Only after this, BTC sending could take place.

Anyway, i read better his first buying adv. He doesn't have phisycal PSC, but he would like to deposit via PSC account. Mostly reversible.
