Here is some things I've found about Edoncoin:

Make your own assessment, but I have delisted it from http://icocountdown.com before the start of the ICO:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1291818.msg14584399#msg14584399

https://medium.com/@icocountdown/edon-delisted-from-icocountdown-com-5b58ce9c5937#.ild4a0zde

Use due dilligence please and spread the message.

Well heres what I've found, the names do not match up. I cannot find any public records of this person apart from a facebook.

If you check his facebook he is falsifying the facebook verification:

reference: https://www.facebook.com/ion.sirbu.921

https://www.facebook.com/zuck?fref=ts < you are looking at the blue tick at the top of the profile page next to the name.

All the Node graphics look similar to the Edon graphics: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=590421.0#post_

No viewable source so we cannot acertain if this is a clone of NODE.

How was the alpha leaked if NODE developers were so adament about keeping it close.

reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=590421.msg12522535#msg12522535

All of the people on the original NODE disappeared at the same time? Who is this development team?

Node.js has asked others like crypti for a viewable source.

reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=654463.msg9559476#msg9559476

How will the development fund be maintained if 100% of the coins are distributed?

No explanation of escrow of any kind.

I am delisiting this from http://icocountdown.com

I suggest doing due dilligence on this project.

Thanks to you and your efforts .. Please shine a light where nobody will bother to .. and keep NOOB investors from making mistakes that will only lead to ruin .. There will be many crooks trying to make easy money in the future .. A simple Resume is all we ask.. McDonald's asks for a Resume .. So should we. Its Millions of Dollars at risk.

No problem my friend the biggest problem I have at the current time is the closed source which Node.js is against and claims is the failure of NODE however this project is now closed source, so he is going against his own opinions.

yeah. I have to say I was leaning as this was FUD before. Even shouted down Icocountdown. I apologize Icocountdown, that was wrong of me.

This doesn't look good at all and people have already put BTC75.12243942 into it. People beware of this ICO, like all other ICO's.

Pretty much. They do a code inspection as well, I believe. But that is pretty much all Bittrex really does and has to do from what I see.
