there's a way, use bug of your internet provider,implement it on http injector app,e proxy, or anything similiar on your android,and last step,set up the vpn or secure shell connection,this trick really exist but in every provider have different way

Yeah , iam 100% agree with you . use bug provider internet . via open vpn , e proxy or other tools . its work sometime and Die sometime  
but bug not work "Worldwide" because each country is different providers. very difficult to get unlimited data for free.
