Someone with more than an account on bitcointalk try to abuse a promo, closed ages ago by the way, without bothering creating a second account at PrimeDice and doing it when his/her first try is on the same thread page
Too much for me: can't really find a decent explanation for this.
Nowadays, people will do anything to make money, and by saying that, I mean what you have already mentioned in your post...
This ain't something new, but I have seen many people farming accounts and you can see the great work done by rizzlarolla and few other members to find out such members here...
