Have been trying to login on blockchain for one hour now but login form is not available for one hour now
this is what I kept getting "Maximum concurrent requests for this endpoint reached. Please try again shortly."

Does it always happen or this is the first time how long would it take to get it online?

Blockchain.info?
Because there's a difference between the service 'blockchain.info' and 'the blockchain'.

Yes me too, in login page after type ID.
Clicked Open wallet, that messages "Maximum concurrent requests for this endpoint reached. Please try again shortly" appear

I assume that the site is offline due to maintenance or some other server-side issue, I highly doubt it is collapsing and that we're seeing something happen like Mt. Gox or whatever. I would be INCREDIBLY surprised if the site doesn't come back up soon.

They go offline now and again for maintenance, so you will experience problems during these times. I usually check in on Reddit /r/Bitcoin when this happens, because they are quick to report on problems, when services are down. I sometimes get a "time-out" error when the lines are congested.

These things happen, and we should accept that services might go down at some time. Just distribute your coins to more services for security and also to have coins available, when one of these sites goes down or get a hardware wallet like Trezor.

This happened from time to time, probably nothing to worry about. The Bitcoin block chain is always running. But the web site blockchain.info is not.

If you're concerned, you can always export your private key from blockchain.info... Altough i would just not use an online wallet to begin with.

The blockchain itself being down sounds a bit scary and questionable to me. I don't know if that's actually possible. The internet itself would never be down, so I don't genuinely believe that's the same blockchain we're thinking of.

The blockchain is a part of every bitcoin core (if I understand the bitcoin system correctly).
In order to bring the blockchain down, you would have to bring down every computer that is running a bitcoin core.
Maybe some super-super virus could do that. But that is nothing that would be realistic.

you are correct, the blockchain = technology driving bitcoin, it's a public ledger with every transaction ever made, and is stored on the computers and servers that run bitcoin core.

blockchain.info = a (commercial) company that offers free wallets and other services.

blockchain.info (the company) seems to have problems with handling the server load. If you're worried they'll belly-flop in the future, you might want to export your private key, or (even better) use a desktop wallet.

C'mon don't scare the heck out of people. Lol
There's a near-zero percent chance that the blockchain itself would go down (but it's not entirely zero as there are many other factors that can be considered). And it's true that there would be riots in the damn capitol (see my reference here? *wink wink*) when that happens.
