Yes they've been legit so far. It's the largest program of it's type. What it often means though when programs come up with new high paying plans, it means they want to suck in as many people as they can before pulling out.
You'll get your money back after 2 months, for a program that lasted more than 2 years, seems unlikely it will collapse now. I might invest myself.

A scam will be a scam. It won't sustain in long run, cause they can't make $ for you at all, they don't have any business model or investment plans to make money grows. All they did is use other people's $ to pay other users, so those who earned $ is just from other victims... in short a vicious cycle. People KNEW, but they just dump their $ in hoping for a miracle.
Maybe I have to give another example for people who can't understand. It's like- Going down to dirty sewers looking for fresh air.

Yes all the customer feedback, videos, addresses all fake. Doesn't mean much. When it comes to hyips, all that matter is track record, because all else can be faked, or just will not make a difference when it comes to company's reliability. It takes a special kind of approach to this kind of investment. High gain high risk, that's all

How do you know the program has lasted 2 years? It seems impossible for a 700% return every 6 months to remain unknown for 2 years. My bet is that the scammers bought an old domain (if that is where you get the 2 years), just like a scammer can buy an old bitcointalk account.

Every program/service/investment plan/ whatever you call them offering unreal profit is not for real for the very simple reason that they are not sustainable businesses in the long run so at a certain point they are going to run with the money of people still invested in them.
Come on guys: do you really think money grow on trees?
So to answer original poster question: I'm 500% sure they are scam

My bet is that the scammers bought an old domain (if that is where you get the 2 years), just like a scammer can buy an old bitcointalk account. It's not unknown it's the most notorious hyip, no1 on hyip.com You can look at it this way, as long as it's more profitable for them to pay you than to scam you, then will continue to do so. If they happen to be lucky enough or skilled enough to turn a good profit with your cash, then, site will function. You probably have not heard of forexking either, they'r ranked 15 000 on alexa, people make 50k withdrawals, according to stats on the site. In the last 2 weeks very big sites went down (pokeram and atlantinv), very much "solid", long-standing sites, poof gone. About your other question, there are forums & monitors that check the health status every day so you can be pretty sure the site has existed and payed for as long as it has.

It doesn't even make sense to me why you're asking.
If this were legit, everyone would be as rich as Warren Buffet and poverty would have been long gone. That doesn't seem to be the case though.
Average LEGITIMATE investment firms such as mutual funds which follow the stock market will usually give you around a 9% annual return if you're lucky. Bank savings accounts give you ten times less through interest. If this were legit every investment firm out there would offer this.
Please get a reality check. This thread is useless. OBVIOUSLY 500% in 170 will NEVER happen.

Sure it can happen. I estimate there's like 60-70% chance it will happen.

That's an obvious scam, they might pay a few bucks at start and scam you later. Even some site owners who promises to offer 110% are going scam. What do you think about these guys who offer 500% return in just 170days?

just do the math, 500% in around 5 months? Just how do you make that big amount of money? The bigger the investment the bigger the profit yet the time is same. Definitely PONZI.

That is just to attract people to get fooled. Don't be that fool. No one on earth pays that much interest in such time.
