I used bit media and some other companies when I owned a faucet but since it didn't even pay for itself,  I shut it off.

read up before you use google adsense tough... I've seen many people that got kicked because of their rules (if i remember correctly, your site needs new content on a regular basis in order to qualify, so people get creative and combine their faucet with a blog or something)

Regarding google adsense, forget about it, since even if they accept you, there's a big chance one day, they will suspend your account and all your earnings since that's been the outcome for most faucet owners recently.

depend of your faucet.
if you have create a simple page with only faucetbox script, i think is hard use google adsense because request a vali content to site for approved

Start with Adsense and any other advertise network that pays low, but will help you anyway. When you reach to a high Alexa rank (more traffic on site) you can add Mellowads that will increase your income with extra profit.

1. i don't know if you have a domain and good hosting, but not use .tk and free host

2. google 100%, not use a-ads, very low rate

You will not get in with subdomain and free faucet script to any big ads company. You need to make something unique default template will not accept

I will suggest you to use a-ads and blockadz in start till you get good amount of daily users than you can try adsense with adding some content like few articles or even a blog.
