If BTC-E doesn't come back up I would lose about...

23 NMC
5 LTC
1 NVC

Not too bad? Still shitty, how many coins does everyone else have tied up in this exchange?

You don't have anything in it at all, so can't loose anything. If you seriously care about that less coins, then I'm very sorry for you. Others would loose coins worth multiple kilo dollars. And don't think the big players are willing to talk about their balances while btc-e still is under attack (that may includes more than just ddos attacks).

Next development steps to go (I'm working on the designs):
1. A decentralized cryptoexchange protocol
2. A cryptocoin with a fix USD/Coin rate

WTF is a kilo dollars?

Hint: Metric System.

All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

i have 2.5BTC and about 3000LTC.

still not bad, i coulda had 200k LTC and 100BTC.. atleast this teaches the noobs to not throw all their eggs into one basket.

i still think BTC-E will come back, but they been DDOS'ed to hell the last couple days by NVC haters, so maybe they just switched off their server for a few hours and used the time to do some crucial updates.

only time will tell

not scared at all. as i said most of my holdings are cold stored. (200k LTC 100BTC)
i only put in what i see as a fair amount to lose either on a bad bet or a server crash. but BTC-E is up, running and no looses happened so this thread can now be left to die, just be used as a "what if" scenario to learn from that even great services 'could' disappear in an instant.

0.01 BTC and 0 LTC

I moved my coins off the exchange (2 days ago) once I saw things were starting to get going with the censoring of posts and the banning based on speaking facts related to NovaCoin.

I think btc-e will be back. But I'm glad I essentially have nothing on the exchange currently.

NVC/BTC exchange is a scam, pure and simple.
