We just reached 440$ in Bitstamp, looks like train is already getting filled with people for the next station. I hope that everyone is riding with as many BTC as possible, this is gonna be a good one.

The halving will do the rest, which coupled with the advancements in the software + scaling solutions, make a big full moon shinning in the distance, and by distance I mean anytime from days to 2-3 months max to reach new heights.

That happens a couple of times, until it doesn't happen again and it doesn't correct and it keeps going up, which is what naturally Bitcoin will do because only idiots aren't buying yet. The fear of missing out will kick in hard and all the doubters will jump as more and more money flows in. Long-Term-Shorters will suffer this summer.

Probably a pullback will occur from $448 to $440 then to $462.

I will wait with my orders around 400$for a long time we didn't saw good dump. It is right time now after this small bump finish. This could mean also LTC and some other coins will go down also..Be ready for buying .

the price increase this time really made me happy, perhaps the price of bitcoin will quickly become $ 500. This may happen because so many people are buying bitcoin, I expect prices to remain stable and rising slowly

wow, quite impressive price move. But sadly i have spended around 100$ worth of bitcoin to fund neteller account to cashed out in local currency. I should have waited as this price rise may have covered my fee during withdrawl atleast.

On the coindesk website i saw today that the price hit $442.50 and it is good, (it might be higher in some exchanges), and i hope as you said in 2-3 months (which is the halving coming) to expect a much higher price.

I have been accumulating bitcoin since Jan 2016...I have 50 bitcoin

Segwit is finished and ready to be accepted by miners and wallet upgrades...

That's why I think price is spiking and I think we will see $800-$900 by halving...maybe more if brexit turns ugly and Great
Britain leave the euro zone....Greece also in trouble and has a big debt coupon repayment in mid July.

nah, it is not a mini pump anymore. it is the real deal, the price can be held down only for so long before it starts going up again. although i am still not sure if the huge rise is here but this is most probably an stable rise.

From November last year, we were every month at one point higher than we are now. imho this price movement alone isn't something impressive.
The only thing that gives it a chance to blow up is the fact that halving is getting closer. I'm holding, no matter the price, so i'm covered either way.

Even if it is a minipump, what's important is that the price trend's going up. New higher floors are being maintained, and the tech developments are becoming felt. This halving price hike isn't like the last one, this time bitcoin and the blockchain is much more mature.

With or without the halving, bitcoin's price could rise hugely from here.

I think the halving might get a lot of press, which will remind people of bitcoin, hopefully making them look at it again and see that it is much more stable now than it used to be. That could bring in more investors, possibly through the ETFs that are available now.

Without the halving I think the price rise would be more organic.  Who knows know, it could crash back to $200, not much has changed since winter, though I think the price was too low in winter.

yes it is as the result of that but it is not going to happen at the same time of halving (July or whatever) it has been happening for a while, everybody is accumulating bitcoin at low prices before the big bang happens.
