I am using Electrum wallet and I want my transactions to not be medium priority anymore.
I would like every transaction to be high priority on the network
Is there some formula to figure out how much should be sent in a fee to achieve this
I also don't want to over pay for no reason

Right now it is set to Transaction fee per kb: 0.0001
and this gives medium priority transactions every time

This site should help. You can always just use a .0005 fee but that might be more than required depending on the mempool size at the time you want to send.
