mtgox verification process

I signed up for mtgox earlier this week and I attempted to get verified but my verification was denied.
How hard is it to get verified with them?

Reason they gave me:
Only complete, unedited documentation may be accepted.

What I submitted:
A picture of my driver's license
A picture of my electric bill I received 2 days before I signed up for the account

Issues maybe?
The last name on my electric bill is missing a letter (I have contacted the electric company about this multiple times but they never fix it).
My address on my license is not current.

Do either of these have anything to do with that?
I moved recently and updating my address is a hassle since I'll just have to renew this year anyway.
Should I submit a different bill or do I NEED for my ID to match the address I submitted?
