I am guessing that for me anyhow, to be successful here, I have to use more than cash.  Everybody is looking for another vitual currency it seems.

Also, I am not sure how much trust and title have to do with it.

I'm confused. Are you selling bitcoins or are offering to buy btc-e USD codes with cash? Because from my (limited) knowledge you can't sell btc-e codes for cash on localbitcoins.
