If you desire a unique venue, I know a handful of restaurant owners that operate fine establishments. For example, Cyrano's Farm & Kitchen where you can pet Didier's chicken and admire my barn wood.

I'm in Sandwich, Illinois, three blocks due east of the fairgrounds on Center St. But if you're moving back to Chicago, I'm moving to Tennessee.

The drummer in my band is from Knoxville, maybe I got confused. I wonder how many others in Chicago there are using Bitcoin. I am seriously considering attending a performing arts college there but have so much disdain for the midwest, there'd have to be something much much more for me there.

Honestly, Illinois is not my ideal place to live, though it has afforded me a nice living. I enjoy the laid back lifestyle. Fishing in Northern Wisconsin or Eastern South Dakota, small town living down south like Tennessee, or Taos, NM.

You can look at Chicago as another jumping off point, for the diversity in culture is sure to open up some doors with you skill sets, assuming you have skill sets.

Back to the Meetup. Another place could be Red Door on Damen Ave., where you'll find more of my barn wood.

What are the chances of Josh coming to Chicago in the next couple days to check on the status of BFL's chips? If he is, and let's us know prior, we can meet at some upper-end restaurant and buy him dinner.

Being one of the very few Chicago businesses that accept bitcoin I'd like to offer a night out for fellow bitcoiner's for food/drinks and I'll cover the bill as long as everyone pays me in bitcoins prior to ordering. What do you guys say? Aiming for sometime in the next 2-4 weeks.
