Bitcoinarmory offline?

I want to download bitcointarmory from http://www.bitcoinarmory.com/ but my browser said that cant connect to it.
Does someone have the same problem?

So bad , i installed the basic bitcoin wallet client, but i need bitcoin.conf and its not make it and if i make one, the wallen not use it :/ so bad i want to setup a pool but cant cuz i cant make rpc user/pass xD
