Copyright claims are unenforceable in the 21st century, so these kind of ventures are an expensive mistake. If this sort of area interests you, concentrate on framing such a service correctly: people deserve attribution for their creative output, but cannot control it's distribution beyond the initial first release. Recognition is possible on the blockchain, ownership is not.
This is the nature of raw information: free. It cannot be contained. Don't waste time & effort trying.
