That is only possible if Bitcoin is going to be more used and also more worth otherwise it will have still haters and many people are going to use their own money. But the chance is high that it can be the most used payment method also and that would be nice.

The first thing s that bitcoin do not need any backed with gold, it is good as it is, and the other thing is that at that time cash is king and in the near future I think it will happen that bitcoin become the king of online business and every business will depend on bitcoin rather than cash.

I think a crypto-coin backed by gold is a stupid idea. This scam has been tried many times as "paper gold". The problem is that you buy gold and get paper. Why the hell would I do such a stupid thing?
If I'm spending the money to get a gold backed coin then I want an actual gold coin. I want to know "where is the gold, who has it, how can redeem my coins?" What if the business says "well, I think we'll just keep the gold". It's a ridiculous deal. And for what? So your private keys are backed by shinny rocks? What is gold backed by?

If bitcoin will get proper support from governments of various nations then it will surely be the New King of Currency but gold and bitcoin exchange makes no sense. Are we really moving backward in history? In past Kings used to issue gold coins. I think bitcoin should be remain in the way as it is now. Government should only encourage its use and let everything remain same.

It can never be a king of currency, stop dreaming, the users of bitcoin are less then 10% across the globe, how can you expect that it will reach to 100% in coming years.

No the bitcoin can not become this, there are just too many currency's that are way bigger than the bitcoin itself. I think banks will try to stop this and they will succeed with a replacement of the bitcoin with another coin that is made by banks...

Bitcoin can hypothetically become the king of currency due to it's relative ease of use and it's ability to be simply transferred all over the world, but I agree with your statement about other, bigger currencies being able to snuff out the potential for Bitcoin to be anywhere close to receiving such a title. Banks have already tried to develop alts for Bitcoin, and so far they have all been fairly poor and half-assed attempts at accomplishing something.

I dont really agree with your thoughs their bitcoin can never be the king of all curriencies because first of all it has no country originated and it has no law of government holding to i. And i think i will agree if somebody called it the king of all altcoins or crypto coins because it is no.1 of all in alt category. But to rename itself as king of all no i doubt It. And i dont see banks making their own alts i think bank dont bother to do it because they have their own strategy to gain money.

Actually I think it's even less than 10% across the glob. However it says nothing about the future of Bitcoin. The speed of adoption is unpredictable so it's pretty possible it will reach 90% in the near future.

Yes, there are high chances for the bitcoin that it becomes a king of currencies and it will have the more users than any other currency, as the adoption rate of bitcoin is now going to be much faster which is its guarantee.

A lot of economic instability has lead people to believe that hoarding cash is a smart way to protect themselves financially. Earlier this year a bunch of headlines touted that "Cash is King". How can this be true when the government is working towards a cashless society? According to an article written earlier this year, government officials are actively trying to ban cash. Apparently they're trying to stop depositors from being able to withdraw any cash so that everything is done digitally. For the most part, this plan has been in motion for a long time. I think this is why a lot of people have started preferring digital currency, such as Bitcoin, to fiat currency. However, what I find interesting about this article is that the author suggests having a crypto-currency backed by gold "to solve some of the shortcomings and vulnerabilities of Bitcoin." Would this alternative crypto-currency be more stable than Bitcoin? Or would Bitcoin be more stable since it isn't backed by anything? king of currency is not exist,so far dollar become the most popular, but i never called it as a king,i think good currency is need by each countries, and its diffeerent in almost each cuntries, and bitcoin will not become king of currency because bitcoin have limited access.

The king of curriency is still dollars as you can see it right now dollars is used to all of people as currency in world wide web and many people use it as their part of daily transaction online and america is the most powerfull country holding it. And i dont think bitcoin will surpass its fame and get the record of being king of all curriency bitcoin has many things to be proved yet and it needs for now acceptance to leading stores.

So we have to change that and promote Bitcoin more so it will be more used and that would be nice for the currency itself.

There is no way of knowing that there's a high chance that Bitcoin will become a major currency, I'd say it's pretty unlikely since it's just too complicated for the average joe to understand.
