I have RISE at Bittrex and it just went offline. There wasn't a deadline to move coins out was there?  Hope it's not going to be stuck there until TBD.

A complicated situation i say, it could be a ruse, who knows, i think this is going to happen:

1.People panic and dump all their remaining rise for btc on bittrex, price goes super-down, rise gets delisted, and wallet comes back online after a few days.
2.Rise doesn't get delisted and price goes up, wallet comes back offline after a few days.
3.Regardless if rise gets delisted or not, wallet doesn't come back offline and the coins get stuck as hostage on bittrex for many weeks (hope it doesn't happen)

3. sounds pretty bad. Has there been any precedent for this action?  Any other coins that have gone through 3 before?

I just came back to check on RISE last night, so didn't get much notice.  Didn't think I would have to move them right away.

There was no "wallet going offline" notice.I wanted to buy some cheap rise and then transfer them out from bittrex, but seeing the offline wallet, i don't think i'll take the risk.

In that case, there's a fair chance it will come back online soon.  Wish they would have given a reason and/or timeframe though.

Yes better to wait all back to normal, do not do a transaction if the wallet is offline, very risky.

Where we will be able to deposit and trade rise after delisting of bittrex? Yobit wallet is temporary off. Upbit language is difficult. Is there any other exchange?

We do not need bittrex scammer with fake address and robber manager.

you definitively need bittrex when your only other exchange is yobit lol

You cannot withdraw Rise from shit Yobit exchange. STAY AWAY.

You could also buy at https://www.litebit.eu/en/buy/rise (more expensive than Bittrex).

If I'm not mistaken, litebit is connected to bittrex, so it might disappear from there soon as well.

So Rise team got Rise on 2 exchange voting contests currently obviously its not dead.  Plenty of votes so has comunity. All its needs now is a site such as Kucoin to see huge gains.

I surely hope so, it's a shame to see such a great project as RISE, falling, due to some inconsistencies with the rules of an exchange!

Wallet's now back online on bittrex!!!

Has anyone tried to withdraw from Bitttex yet?  I wasn't able to.  Wonder if I'm doing something wrong.  Rise addresses (from wallet 0.1.1) are like 1040xxxxxx225R, correct?  I tried transferring to such an address from my account but Bittrex showed an error.

EDIT : Sorry, nevermind.  It was a user error.  Withdrawal works fine.

How good it would be if rise were included into binance before it to be removed from bittrex...
Could someone post a tutorial in English about how to create an account on "Upbit", plz?

There is a post by the RISE team on the RiseVision website.

Says there that they are still trying to work with Bittrex to remain listed working with lawyers for both sides.

Says also that there is a confirmation for a listing on another exchange in March.

Says other things.

Read it here for yourself.

It is definitely reassuring to see some updates from the founder of Rise in times like these. As expected, many people sold their coins when the news about Bittrex delisting it from their exchange hit the media channels. I still have my Rise in my wallet and I don't have any plans of selling it today or in the near future. I'm confident that the dev team will be able to solve this problem in every way available to them. Just give us updates every now and then so that your investors will know what is the status of it.  Wink
