7th newsletter has been released:

find it and the 6 previous newsletters here : http://rise.vision/index.php/news.

Some great stuff in there about what Rise aims to be :
  • not just another me-too crypto-currency
  • DLT (distributed ledger technology)
  • platform to create decentralised applications
  • build SDKs for all popular program languages (Python, JS, C#, Ruby, ...)
  • smart contracts
  • side-chain / asset token creation

Rise is here to stay and the train is moving now! Don't forget to hop on before it moves to fast Wink

Good that there is a weekly news paper. Firmly believe in the project now, the new team has turned this one around
Just a suggestion, in the weekly newsletter you could include more technical updates that have happened, right now its a bit light on the technical details

RISE is also one of the best paying dpos coins so vote for your delegate and start staking in;-)

i agree and I would also love more details but it's the team's choice to not give away too much details untill things are done. There is however a lot more public github activity and a status update page so things are starting to move a lot more.

I remember one co-founder Justin one eyed left the team, how about the other co-founder Ramington(if the name is correct) who is responisble for communication? Any introduction of new team?

https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@snowpar/why-rise-will-raise-the-bar-for-decentralized-distributed-applications

gives you a bit of history about the project, no idea about your question about justin leaving though ... maybe lokesh can answer that one

Would have expected to see the price "Rise"a bit. But this downtrend doesn't seem to stop.

It is interesting at all to start all screaming scam project, because the price sagged badly. And now all tin, good price grew more recently, those who participated in the ico might be nice to get a plus, of course if stored coins.

This RISE is just a hype coin, Alty dumped his bag like he did in cloakcoin, he made millions again.

Where can I see the roadmap?

It would only accelerate the progress if there are more devs.

I like the status page more because of short term developments: http://rise.vision/index.php/overview/development/status-page

May I ask on how to retrieve my rise passphrase ? I did forgot my passphrase. How will I able to sign in ?

It's almost a year when the last time I'd visited my web wallet. And I forgot where I put my passphrase.

Man, that's pretty bad.. I don't think it's possible to recover the passphrase. If you had the Rise Client running on your desktop that automatically signs in, you might be able to move your coins to a new wallet. Otherwise you might not be able to access your coins.

I'd try sending in a ticket at https://support.rise.vision or try the forum or Slack for a quicker answer. Good luck!

It indeed looks bad for you and I doubt support can do anything for you. That's what the password is for... Asking doesn't cost you anything, but don't be optimistic about the outcome. Sorry dude.

Im not sure you know what the word hype even means lol. RISE is one of the least hyped coin out there, you hardly hear about it despite the amazing platform it has built. When compared to simillar coins in the marketcap range RISE is light years ahead of any of them.

I think all RISE needs is a bit of marketing buzz to take it to the next level
