There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

So, it's a real estate company crowdfunded as a coin by people that have almost nothing to do with crypto currency? Oh, ok.. So what is it? Is it a Lisk-copy or is it a fund aimed at building an office for the founders? What is Acre? Are they tokens? Are they the same as Rise?

Can someone describe why in the world you would invest in a crypto currency that is a copy-paste of a yet unreleased currency, to fund a real estate company?

What happens if you don't raise enough "Acre' capital? Do you have an actual plan for the crypto currency outside of just 'lets copy Lisk'? Does anyone on the team have any real experience in crypto development? (No, I don't count mintcoin)

We've discussed this extensively amongst ourselves and ran figures. We talked about needing about 1250btc in order to comfortably move into Project Acre. This would allow us to maintain Rise at the same time. However, if we don't raise that much, we may try for another round of funding down the road or start smaller depending on how close we come to that number.

But, Rise is currently our main objective. You can see our post here about how we plan to make Rise different than Lisk. https://rise.vision/blog/post/how-is-rise-different-from-lisk

NONE of the questions should be hard to answer if you want people's money. This just seems like a late April's fools joke. I could throw together a more convincing ICO in an afternoon, while at work.

Simple858, would you mind hopping onto our hip chat and discussing your concerns in our public chat? I'd be happy to take any advice you have on the site's security.
