I have paypal having balance 997.90$, Country: Columbia but Limited by Paypal since 2015

I intend to withdraw funds from them by adding US bank account but i can't, I'm Asian! please help!

or if someone intend to buy this account send me your offer!

Is that really your account? why would an Asian create a Columbian PayPal and have a lot of money there?

Withdrawal funds need any US bank account/ any Columbia Bank account.

They don't want doc, they want to confirm card.
But when I going to add card, they said your account limited.

Only way is to add bank to withdraw fund.
