Bitcoin is still going strong, and with Steam coming on board soon, we will see a whole generation of young people coming this way. I am optimistic that 2016 will be the year where Bitcoin adoption will surge and mainstream adoption will follow. SegWit and upgrades to the protocol will change the scaling options to prepare for this and we will see some good prices for the rest of the year.

The Halving event will also bump things in the right direction for us to have a good Xmas.

Bitcoin world most strong currency you can look over recent charts and surveys which are indicating about it is natural growth and adoption around the world, as time is passing it getting more attention from very big merchants and community growing more bigger so no doubt this year it will be more stronger currency than before.

in my country there is no significant adoption yet, people mostly don't know about bitcoin and those who know what bitcoin is are only using faucets to earn peanuts and sell them for fiat.

but i hope this changes in the future, and i think if it becomes globally accepted then government will definitely regulate bitcoin because they will have no other choice.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I do not care what will be done by the government. as long as I do not use bitcoin for things that are illegal then all will be fine. bitcoin adoption is very good, and it can make a profit in the future but at the moment I have not fully done that

Government no need to give anything to bitcoins and its community. As we see bitcoin price pump now that will increase soon. Halving is the main key present So wait for that go to Skyrocket...

I still wonder as to why people keep creating threads that are indirectly just baseless speculating.

If bitcoin adoption happens for worldwide transaction and business goods purchasing means what will happen?
That means that Bitcoin has become a global currency. Nothing special; you could say "goal reached" at that point.

Then what governments will do?
Nobody really knows, and those that do write something in regards to it are just speculating.

Halving is the main key present So wait for that go to Skyrocket...
No, it isn't.

Coins.ph is doing a wonderful job in getting bitcoin used here in the Philippines. Bills, phone credits, payments, remittances, and more. The only thing I really need right now here is a bitcoin debit card that I can use locally.

In my country i haven't seen any adoption (at least in my city), nobody talks or has heard about bitcoin so it's hard to introduce them into the bitcoin world. About your question what will government do, they will probably apply tax when business sell through bitcoin.

Government will not support if the bitcoin affects the circulation of their own national currency. Right now if users go through the bitcoin technology surely more will adopt as price is increasing in a stable manner.

Bitcoin use is still very low here and not many bitcoiners. However, if bitcoin becomes a popular worldwide currency, local government is not going to let it go without getting tax from the use of it.

I really don't see government getting into it to support it, but we will see the great adaption in coming years once bitcoin gets popular across the globe.

if bitcoin continues the way it is growing, with the stable price rise then i would expect a big popularity for bitcoin in the near future (this year) which will lead to bigger adoption and much higher price that will stay instead of falling back.
and i hope because of this in my country they start accepting bitcoin more.

the good news is that bitcoin is becoming much more stable of an
investment option

People freaked in the past with how volatile the prices were.

But we don't know how long it will be stable, as it is really difficult to imagine price stability in bitcoin, but if it is stable then it will attract many new users to adapt bitcoin.

I think for bitcoin is unacceptable in a country will be quite difficult. the state will provide a lot of rules in bitcoin. of course it will be difficult for bitcoin
I have never found a country that legalized bitcoin?

If this happen the bitcoin currency will turns into real money currency, but i think it will happen in the future worldwid because now it seems that little amount of people know this bitcoin.. So if you want to happen this as soon as possible , introduce it in the company that you know so that they need to think.if it is good to accept bitcoin worldwide
