Sending first doesn't prevent chargebacks either. Escrow does make sure you get the PayPal funds and the other gets the BTC though Escrow preffer for you, but for me it risk, i send money in escrow, then you send paypal, then escrow realesed, but i don't have garanty if your paypal limited or hacked then money hold and back in your account.
