which altcoin mining does not need a special hardware so can mine with my normal hardware ??

normal hardware include gpu, so you can mine everything, if you mean that you don't have a gpu then you can try to mine hodl or espers, with your cpu

You can mine the Ethereum and Decred with the same GPU at the same time. That program is developed by Claymore.
