Pos = 7% plus foxed amount of 1000 . How does thst fixed amount work how long does it take to mine a block and how many coins do I need to get a fair chance of finding the block first ? I need to k ow to see how much to invest.

Hi Ryan its not just about how many coins one is staking. Connection quality is also a factor, opened tcp port 7506 helps as well as you get better connections to the p2p network.

Your stake weight however varies as well as not all LANAs in existance are always staking, maybe check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/lana/#!wallets and see the estimation of coins needed to be in the top spots there for being competitive when it comes to getting the fixed stake block mine rewards.

Or use PoSWallet and benefits from group stake, but do note that in case of third party wallets you "dont hold the keys to your coins" so it does require trust to the provider.

Hope this is the info you wanted,
Thank you very helpful.
 I think the best way is to run some tests myself and compare the results.
Will you run some campaigns soon ?

Hi @aiwazz Lana chain is running smoothly. Check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/lana/

I actually have no idea what you ment by "all my coins are confirming again". If your wallet is resynching the blockchain you may have an issue with your computer, most likely harddrive issue and if so you might wanna backup your wallet.dat file asap. Where is data dir : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Data_directory (just look for lanacoin directory).

It would be a lot easier to help troubleshoot your issue if you wrote the nature of your transation.

Wallet you are using: windows, linux, mac, mobile beta, poswallet...

Are you sending from wallet to exchange, exchange to wallet.....

Transation id would be help a lot as well. If you are pool mining and you have not recieved payment yet you need to contact pool operator or at least write which pool.

Have a nice sunday evening.

Smiley Finally everyone else is getting on board that LANA is not going away Smiley Keep up the awesome work staysecure.
Hi @EpyxZ tnx for stopping by. There was a crash back to 1 sat a day ago but it recovered back today. I was expecting it anyway since bitcoin crossed #bitcoin1000.

You have a great week that is ahead and keep in touch.

How lovely complaint about faucet paying  Huh
The average says 26 LANA because the stats have not been reset since the faucet was started and since the faucet was heavily abused in the past in have lowered the payment maximum.

Effective now this are the new settings.
Code:
"minimum_payout" => 1.00000000,
"maximum_payout" => 30.00000000,
"payout_precision" => 4,
"payout_threshold" => 1.00000000,
"payout_interval" => "24h",

Have a nice sunday evening.

Couple days ago I bought LANA Coin on Yobit and after this in small parts (because if I send to much, it's stuck on Yobit) sent to wallet (Windows).
First days was ok, was information about stack coins 1-3 times per day. After couple of the days i had information about mining every fe minutes and my wallet showing something weird...
I'll try to backup my wallet.

Now i am even more confused. Are the issues related to withdrawals from Yobit to your Windows wallet? If you requested withdrawal from Yobit and coins dont arrive you need to open a ticket with Yobit.
Stack coins i guess you mean stake as in Proof of stake. For more info on getting the most out of PoS https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1448065.msg17734730#msg17734730
This "wallet showing something weird" you will need to post a screenshot to get a more clear picture as i cant really solve wierd  Wink.
Wallet backup is a must do in case of every cryptocurrency wallet you have on your computer or in case of mobile device (seed words backup)  as there is no one that can help you get your coins back in case your harddrive dies and you dont have the wallet.dat file backed up.

Regarding transactions: When a tx is broadcasted it should in a few seconds show up in your wallet then its up to the network to confirm it. When at least one PoW or PoS block is mined yuor transaction id will become visible on the blockexplorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/lana/ but with exchanges this may take a while as just clicking withdrawal email link doesnt mean that the payment/withdrawal was processed yet just means you have autohrized the withdrawal.

Also check Yobit https://yobit.net/en/history/withdrawals/LANA and wallet if its in maintenance. Right now Lana is in maintenance on Yobit and i have no idea why as the network is running fine.

When a coin is being pumped on Yobit. They will automatically put the wallet in maintenance. So no one else can deposit while the pump is going. This is one of the rogue behavior that is discussed on yobit bct thread. This people are criminals for the crap they pull there.

Tnx for this info @Lucky i am just now reading Yobit thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.2420 and i really wasnt aware of this "Maintenance pump" schema, as there clearly arrent any technical reasons for Lana to be in maintenance.

And tnx for not starting the same old conversation Smiley you can see i am trying to follow the initiall idea for LanaCoin and progressing step by step with my small but dediated team.

What i did:

1. Saved wallet.dat in the safety place
2. Delete folder in AppData
3. Installed wallet once again
4. Copy wallet.dat to the directory
5. All working perfect! Cheesy

In Yobit was problem, when i purchased 7,2 mln coins and tried to send it in one part, they was "pending" 3-4 days, support og Yobit delete transaction manually and they wrote me that i have to send coins by smaller parts.

Sorry about the misslead. That non app link on the "Get started" page will get removed as it comes with Nomp install.

Please note that Lana is based on same algo as bitcoin and without asic miner or high end gpu i dont recommend mining Lana. As you already wrote you use windows you can experiment a bit with this GUI miner https://guiminer.org/ but be carefull mining is a very stresssfull operation for a cpu/gpu and i really dont want anyone to damage their computer.

And this is the sad story of the current state of Git pull request by my lead dev to Coinomi to addy our coins.

https://github.com/Coinomi/coinomi-android/pull/134

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1388222.msg17769340#msg17769340

Coinomi will have to come to some senses and fast as one does not simply imply a 100$ per month per coin cost for running an electrum server.

They can pitch that to someone who is not in the IT industry and managing it on daily basics.

So happens i know Hetzners server/vps pricing very well and that 100$ would be the cost for running a an electrum server for almost all the coins on Coinmarketcap.

I am still trying to figure out exactlly why Coinomi would not accept dev managed electrum servers and insisting on their own. I have a theory but its more like a conspiracy theory so i will not jump to any conclusions.

Well Coinomi team if you are reading this (great team by the way) we are out and you need to go back to your "open source" drawing board as this $1200 per year integration pricing model is not gonna get you anywhere.

If you would just ask for $500 for 3-4 hours of your teams time there would be no need for this post and you would have in your porfolio a nice set of coins with active development and additional exposure of your wallet.

You have my email so keep in touch.

I just wanna learn myself more about blockchain, technology or so on, so PoW mining i'm taking just like lesson, not source of coins.
I purchased 7 mln of coins for nice stacking Wink
