It appears that the dev team is leaning toward burning some coins and paying bounties. I think they want to wait to make a final decision until after block 18,000, when the 5 coin per POW block reward ends.

There are two developers for the coin we each held 5000.  My partner moved some coins over into my wallet PTAsDZWMD5KsjGFLKLuJSfDtQoNfVyxtby which should stand at 9000 but I had to spend 140 on some people for items when the coin launched.  The other developer holds 1000 XPTX.

We weren't exactly sure the amount of coins we were going to end up burning.  So, we'll burn some of those coins now to make everyone happy.
