Yes XPTX is a good project and has been for a long time now however there hasn't really been much said from the dev on what developments are being worked on behind the scenes. Most of us that have been in XPTX for a long time are waiting for the day the dev announces what he has been working on all this time.

I found the ANN topic today, and wanna to discover more about the PlatinumBAR project.
Fortunately, I found your thread.
Can you share with me which ones are the most promising things of the project, @vella85, please.

Hello and welcome here, I wish I could help you my friend however we are all waiting on what the dev has been working on behind the scenes. No one really knows what this project has to offer except for the 230% APR from staking and that its a low supply coin right now. Lets just hope the dev can at least give us all a small update to let us know he is still around working on developments.

Agreed. These last days I've been especially impressed by XPTX. Last three days I've received an enormous 4,9% interest from staking. That amounts to just over 600% annual interest!

And if the price goes further down, staking rewards should go up as well. At this point it therefore just looks like free money to me.

I think people know about XPTX but prefer to remain silent and check in here every so often to see if there are any new updates. I used to be one of these people that never posted in here and just checked the thread once every month to see what's going on here. Then I became more active as I like to support the projects I buy and own coins of. Staking has been great for me too the last couple of days, my best being yesterday where I got a 51 coin stake and a 23 coin stake.

Yea this is starting to become a joke.  It's amazing how the dev literally seems to have 0 interest in making money lol.  On a coin that is called PLATINUM.  I'd say if nothing happens by 2019, this coin is going to be dead.  The dev can come in and say hello once every 3 months and show no initiative at all on doing anything all he wants then.

I have been helping promote xptx all year, very active in discord, and trying to understand more and more what the future plans are but still confused.  We understand you have plans and you are running the coin your way, but there hasn't been much activity since 2017 so I think people in general and myself included are just wondering what the future plan is for this.  I get the "when it's done it's done" kinda thing but at least hint on a direction it's going?

I have a question about the inputs.  Is there a way to force the coins to remain in a single input after a stake?  Or does it matter?  For the past few months I've been resending the coins to myself, locking the wallet and then about a week later I unlock it until it stakes and then repeat the process.  I let it go and now I have like 12 smaller inputs. 

I have other staking coins and those inputs remain in a single input after a stake.

In my experience, to increase staking rewards (in fact, the odds of received staking rounds), you should split your coins into specific amount of chunks.
The amount of coins for each chunk will depend on your total coins, and the specific difficulty of the network at specific point of time.
More chunks, and higher amount of coins in each chunk, together will raise the probability to get more staking rounds, and staking rewards in total.

Agree with you ,  vella85. It seems that people wait patiently to see how the project moved and developed by the XPTX team.
I also agree with their choices that patience is key in the market in order to get massive returns for invesment in crypto.

Staking % has been averaging about 150% a day from what I noticed the past week.  Not exactly sure why but usually it breaks down to 200-230% over a months time, split up from annually.

I'm all for promoting XPTX and was on Twitter to help out but its very hard to promote something that doesn't have any WP, roadmap or any updates on what the dev is working on. This is why we are saying what we are saying dev because how can you expect this project to grow and for anyone to promote it when there is nothing to say except that the staking rewards are great. People out there need a lot more then just this and I really hope you understand this and give the community something that you are working on.

All I know is that volume has been getting better.. but not in the good sense.  Everyone is selling and it's now realistically a 10-15 cent coin when it was for the longest time $1.  This coin has so much potential it's ridiculous but this no news thing going on for past year is for sure hurting the coin. :/
