Are you even aware that a Jr. Member account is nowhere near 0.02 btc? He not only scammer you your coins but he only fooled you with his asked price. I'm sorry for your loss.
I hope this does not happen again as thi only ttracts more scammers.

How can you say so surely that its him trying to scam again ? Any proofs ?
Such types of attempts are performed everyday by many Newbies if you look around in every threads
