try blockchai.info i think they have some option for this. If you have a cellphone with android, you will see more options to buy btc, and maybe something more suitable for you. EDIT: try https://www.virwox.com/ they accept paypal |

I know what you are doing You got 2 accounts meechi and loudman716 With meechi you offer to sell BTC for paypal but never give them. With loudman716 using your recently paypal money you try to scam users who sell BTC Should I report a scam? loudman716@gmail.com ? |
