Usually to move off-topic portions of the topic to the correct forum. I remember a lending topic that got derailed into a religious debate getting split, with a portion being moved to politics and society (I think). I imagine the one you posted was for a similar reason.

A topic split is when someone derails the topic. For example, let's say I made a bitcoin ATM machine, Inaba replied and then Micon dueled it out  Grin

TradeFortress has left me negative trust and has provided no proof to substantiate his claim. He has done this to discredit me as I am investigating him.
