They runned up an ico promising a coin they even had. Now they are delaying once and again, they refuse to refund users and are playing with our money and our time.

It's really sad to hear this, last time when i checked their thread they said that they will launch lisk on the march now i see that they changed it to end of April which we are actually at the moment.
From their blog post https://blog.lisk.io/official-lisk-release-2efac0ea3b3#.wje4wyhma I see that they say : "The Lisk release will be on May the 24th, 2016." which is a huge delay.

Bullshit. Delays are totally normal in all kinds of development. Factom will release Milestone 2 (hopefully soon) - also delayed. Ethereum was delayed if I remember it correctly.

I am working very hard to be an active Delegate and I had much rather see a delay or two and have a solid launch. Those of us that are heavily invested in Lisk want to see it succeed.

I am currently running  a delegate node and I do want to see the next version of the client released so that it can be stressed tested. The dev's have completely rewritten the back-end database layer and I don't know about you, but I don't want to loose money on this and the best way to do that, is test, test, test.
