Hi
Please, provided that I neither care about my iMac nor about power consumption,  I would like to know
- is it profitable to mine with my iMac (4 GHz Intel Core i716 GB 1867 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB ?
- What cryptocurrency should be my target?
- What software to use? and whats better CPU/GPU?

thank you in advance !

do not mine with a laptop, you will ruin it, also that gpu is not enough for a good mining, the best you cna do is using the cpu to mine hodl

see the thread for the cpu miner for HODL

An iMac isn't a laptop Smiley But it's stlil packed together inside "a screen", so if you would mine with it, i wouldn't go to high on the intensity :p

Isnt that a dual core 390X GPU ? If so should be good for at least 20MH/s mining ETHEREUM.

Sounds like an $4000 computer however.
