Running an .exe file to play some dice game seems like a bad idea.

Running an .exe file to play is not mandatory - a program to monitor the game, enough to know the server's wallet and own the personal wallet.
Main thing the player remain all funds the player wallet.

That makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, you HAVE to download the client in order to play. Avoid this game like the plague.

Are you afraid to run? - This server wallet A2rAXmBXv8RBZFXJeCrrTA4Dj5vfGPWr1x,
sent to him the sum of X.YYZZZ format, where:
  • X is your bet
  • YY number from 01 to 99
  • ZZZ - number from 002 to 100
(ZZZ more YY)
ZZZ-YY = CHANCE to win
Check your bet double hashing currency transaction network (use 999dice algorithm).

In other words, players are unable to see the game without downloading the software so it sounds like a blind betting. I doubt this type of dice games will attract players, no offense but just saying.
The other thing is that you use 999dice algorithm which is a well known rigged dice site. This will make more people think so many times before decide to play on your game.

So you only accept DOGE games?
Yes, only DOGE
In other currencies network commissions are too big for this implementation of the game.
