I only use this address for escrow service.The new address is in a new wallet, that exists only for the group buy. So this wallet only has to be opened again when any trade happening.

You are in no way to be trusted enough to act as an escrow. Giving funds to you is probably more risky than doing the trade 1 on 1.
There are people like Jibble who are atleast a bit more trusted who already do mrai escrows. Be advised.
