Hello Bitac
The issues with your site are ongoing with no sign of resolutions. My funds are still locked up with all transactions showing 'pending' for the last 10 days.
To make matters worse nobody seems to be receiving replies to messages sent through the site or through social media. The last post here suggested all would be well on the 7th August (possibly Friday the 5th) but nothing has changed.

I would appreciate personal contact but I am sure a post allying fears would be appreciated by your followers.

Potentially such a great site but really being let down by poor management.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Certainly looks that way. Don't know how long they should be given before a general scam warning/alert should be put out there.
Seems that it's been a troubled site from day one.

No update on the twitter for 3 days. No posts in the forums since August 2nd. Surely you have a responsibility to let your users know what is happening? Currently, I have no choice but to assume it is a scam and accept the loss of a fairly significant amount of funds that were invested on another behalf. Now I have to explain the disappearing money. I have faith in Bitcoin, but some of the shady operations that exist around its periphery appear to be snakes and wolves.

If you need to use your email address to log into a wallet then they have your private keys. And it's only a matter of time.

Fellas,

The fact of the matter is that we have been ROBBED by BIT.AC.

I have given up recovering the combined funds of 1.1 BTC I had in my wallet the last time I was able to access it on 1st June 2017.

It is a shame that the fascinating cryptocurrency space is infiltrated by these types of crooks who have no problems in stealing their honest customers hard earned money.

All we can do I suppose is to warn others about this wallet in order to prevent them being robbed of their funds just like we were.

All the best!

Lost over 1 bitcoin on my wallet. The worst thing is, Most of that I had invested for someone else.

I followed the transactions leaving my wallet on https://etherscan.io

They end up at 0xfbb1b73c4f0bda4f67dca266ce6ef42f520fbb98. https://etherscan.io/address/0xfbb1b73c4f0bda4f67dca266ce6ef42f520fbb98

This wallet at this very moment has 310,223.56 Ether ($91,971,981.01).

It's mentioned on this Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/45yjcn/the_eth_whale_is_still_buying/

I have no idea what this means as I'm relatively new to this game. But ff this is Bit.ac's nest egg, he's probably going to be sitting on a beach on his own island soon.

Here is someone on the comments saying the wallet owner has stolen their money

Now he's smiling proudly leaving you with a bad and worst experience in online wallet history, after all the dream he has accomplished

What can I say...it is OK to loose the rings providing you keep your fingers!

We will never see our money back and I hope that our input into this forum helped others in not getting robbed by these thieves just like we did.

I have moved on and completely given up recovering the 1.1BTC stolen from me by BIT.AC Limited.

All the very best!

Just in case you still have hopes that you can retrieve your coins...here's the story behind the man. I have to admit though that he played it smart, as company legal entity he used Limited, LTD so that he cannot be sued personally. Let's all move on and use this experience to be more careful in the future who we trust with our hard earned money
