i want to buy buy from a seller a service that cost 3 $ in bitcoin but i don't have any, what is the less expensive way to convert paypal money to bitcoins?
I don't know if there is a "less expensive way" of converting PP to BTC. The problem is that PP payments can be reversed, and the PP sender usually gets the benefit of the doubt if PP has to make a judgement wether to reverse the payment of not. This is one of the main reasons why you won't find a lot of exchangers willing to trade PP to BTC, and most of the ones that do will charge big fees (and usually won't accept trades from lower ranked members). Your best chance would be to trade with somebody you know IRL... I wouldn't mind accepting PP from a real life friend in exchange for some BTC. Other options would be sites like virwox.com, but their fees are also enormous. Good luck

Your best chance of buying bitcoins is with some local sellers or traders. Many of the local bitcoin companies do not usually have very high fees. Problem is if you're from either US or Europe because I don't think there are companies that would sell you bitcoins for low fees.

Thank you all for your replies.
And here something FUNNY, check this message that i get (copy paste) from user Nandosmartinez (he create his account just to send me this msg)
"I have several ways to easily get BTC, I offer my services. For example it gives me 1 BTC and receive 2 BTC, by every BTC, receive the double.
Reply to the message, if you are interested in the service, thank you."
Yeah, probably best to stay away from such service... He's probably going to point you towards a ponzi, or just run with your coins altogether... In case you think he's spamming this message, there's a "report to admin" button on the right bottom corner of each PM

$3-valued BTC? I think I can sell it to you, but you must promise me firstly that never tell Paypal that I'm doing Bitcoin transfer.

Good luck Yeah, the reversion is the main problem in exchanging your money to bitcoin, no one will believe on you while transferring your money from paypal to bitcoin, you should have to accept the high fees of exchangers as there is no other way with you.

You can use virwox and fees are high. But in exchange forum you have to pay more than that.

I am wonder that why people are using that paypal which have a lot of problems for their users as with other payment processors they can work more smoothly, like Okpay is much better than paypal and with that you can buy bitcoin on Yobit. What? Okpay is affiliated with Yobit? I never knew they co-existed. I've had an Okpay account for a year now but rarely use it anymore. Now I might use it more often and even give Yobit a try.

Yes, there you will find a lot of people who will be ready to buy your paypal money and will sell you bitcoin, but don’t trust on everyone, there are specific people who are trusted exchanges and whom work is to exchange and they do not want to destruct their business by scamming others.
