1. Pick a card from the list below: 2. Fill in the following table with related information by replacing the text in asterisks (*) and don't forget to also remove the asterisks themselves.| | CARD NAME | | | LOAD FEE | | | ORDER COST | | | MONTHLY FEES A/I | | | POS FEES | | | ATM FEES | | | CURRENCY CONVERSION | | |
| | *name here* | | | *load here* | | | *order here* | | | *monthly here* | | | *pos* | | | *atm * | | | *cc here* | | |
Details:CARD NAME must be the full advertised name of the card using the following format "[provider company] card name [currencies]", like this: Coinsbank Anonymous Limited USD/EUR.
If a card with the same name and by the same provider company has different fee structures for specific fiat currencies they must be a separate entry.
LOAD FEE is the amount deducted when loading money for use with the card.
ORDER COST is the cost to have the card ready for use (can include issuance, shipping and activation costs).
MONTHLY FEES A/I are the fees users have to pay per month, A stands for active and I stands for inactive. For example, the Coinsbank Anonymous Limited USD/EUR card has 2.95$/2.95€ monthly fees if it's been active and 9.95$/9.95€ if it's been inactive. Based on that the entry for this column should be
2.95/9.95.
POS FEES,
ATM FEES and
CURRENCY CONVERSION are self explanatory.
Notes:
