You can find your btc address that you use to receive the payment on the Letter of Guarantee, did you download and save it on your pc? If you did not download it so you need to check all your wallet address imo.

Yes cryptomixer is legit, I already saw a few reviews on some other websites so that is good news.
I think they are okay except the layout of the website is the same as from bitmixer.

They are legit indeed and you can trust them, the only thing is that bitmixer is still way more trusted than them.
That is also why I would go for bitmixer to be honest.

They are legit but I think they will never become a big one to be honest due to the fact bitmixer.io is way more popular and also much more trusted compared with them.
Maybe they can provide a extra service to become a bigger player in the business but we will see.

It is just  matter of time, they are a new site so they need to give more better servise if they want to compete with the older and trusted mixing site like bitmixer.
If there is nothing special with their servise so I doubt they will get many customers.

Bitmixer has been running for long enough to convince people it can be trusted. Cryptomixer is too new to have built up that trust. It might be legit, or it might close down and steal all the coins when it gets a big deposit. It will have to keep running for over a year before it builds up the level of trust bitmixer has.

at the first time when i saw the signature campaign of the cryptomixer, i'm questioning myself are they legit? i mean running signature campaign it doesn't mean the yare are legit look at the bitcoinblack friday on last 2k15, they running signcamp to and they turn to phising

Cryptomixer is legit for sure no doubts about that to be honest, I even think they are better with their service than bitmixer itself, the only downside is that bitmixer is way more trusted.

I've had no problems with them although I still like the bitmixer more because they are way bigger and much more trusted, you never know what could happen, maybe it will soon or later fall out as a ponzi...

I think since Cryptomixer is fairly new compared to Bitmixer, than I agree lower fees are what is needed to bring more visitors to your website. I don't see a reason to use your service when you are having the same fees as Bitmixer, personally I would go for Bitmixer as is more trusted, but if you have lower fees well that may make me think before I decide where to go to mix the coins.

Cryptomixer is in the overall experience pretty good the only thing is they have  a similar website like the bitmixer so that makes it a straight copy(downside).
I must say from now on they are trusted for me and I will use them more often.
