I did not hear about the site nor would i ever use them with my litecoins. The price rise is temporary and so will the fee decrease.
if it is a legit site, which I highly doubt.

Latest Trade: Sweden, 4 days ago.

The site was created by one of the Litecoin Association's administrators, who is a very well known and trusted person.
The users private keys are not readable by him, and everything is avilable open source on GitHub.

The site is essentially a front end for BitcoinJS (running Litecoin), and no transaction details are handled by their servers. The second you type your password, the server grabs the encrypted wallet file from the identifier, and everything thing else is done within the browser. You could even inspect elements and look into resources to see how everything works.
