Just spoke with the developer. His only reason is because he can sell NVC...not because he believes it has a future. LOL!

Please be aware that I am not trying to bash Namecoin or any other coin; I was simply stating the fact that if necessary, it can eventually be converted to fiat currency (for paying my server costs, etc). I believe that all crypto currencies can be successful with a good foundation and strong community.
