For example if they get 5 million investment for 5% in a crowdsale, you can they say your company is worth 100 million.

Thank you for the brief explanation, it is just like the stocks in a company in a token form. I want also to own a piece of this company but at 1 BTC per share/token it seems  1:1 ratio is quite expensive and it is is still in ICO stage.

wtf is going on with this coin?

It is dead, 6k btc or 7k btc I recall, the worst and biggest scam I have seen so far, the token can't be exchangeable and is worth nothing.

I think it is safe to say that they are just raising funds? or maybe if it is a business type that they need investors for development and, it is possible that they would be charging the mycelium wallet to download in the future? In that case they may have an income and for the investors to recover and profit from their investment.

They already sold mycelium tokens like a year ago which are held in colu. I have held them forever and no one has ever made anything off them and not much has been heard from it either, just I'm working on it. Or we have not made enough money yet. So what is up with this mycelium I love the wallet but what is up with this token that buyers have held forever with nothing Givin back to us, now it's up again lol

Assuming they held the BTC, they'll most likely exercise the clause of the ICO contract to reimburse you the fiat value of your investment at the time (BTC=~$250).  Given 1300+ USD valuation now, you're looking at an 80% loss on investment in BTC (assuming they even mention it again, otherwise figure 100% loss).

That's crypto.

Never invest in Russian project, that is very expensive lesson, Kuzmin's mycelium and mass network are both scams. Pathetic scammers.
