It is hard to understand your question, it would help if you could explain it little more as to what information do you exactly need, but as much as I get from it, you're asking what are trader's requirement for BTC trades? Answer to that is, each exchanger have their own set of requirements and it depends on what currency/medium you want to trade bitcoins with. Sorry if that is not what you were asking.

you should clarify your question first. if you are looking for someplace to just dump bitcoin that you receive for your services then you can use bitpay and change for fiat later.
if you are looking for an exchanger to do some trading too then there are many like bitfinex, btc-e, kraken,...

You just need to find an exchange that trades in bitcoin and a fiat currency.  Depending on the exchange, you may be able to fund it with fiat and then sell for bitcoin or you could fund with bitcoin or another cryptocurrency.

you don't even need a bitcoin wallet, you could in theory attach a bank account to an exchange and buy and hold bitcoin in their exchange, it is not recommended i know

but seeing how newbie don't even know how to secure their bticoin in their machine, i think it's more safe for them if somebody else hold their coins....

The only things you'll need if you want to buy from a Bitcoin exchange like Bitstamp are 1) you'll need to get your Bitstamp account verified else you'll be very limited. I don't know if it's changed now but when I went through their verification process a couple years ago all I had to do was upload a copy of my ID and an official document from my bank with my name and address.
2) you'll need to link your bank account. That's it. But like others have said, you should definitely learn about Bitcoin as well even if you're only interested in trading.

When you find an exchange you like, you should also check to see if anyone is having problems with it before you put a lot into it.  I'm hearing about some scams lately.

You need to start with basics of bitcoin like different wallet and depth of detailed study on blockchain technology. I guess any study on altcoin technology also may help you to understand bitcoin technology more clearer. You must start with bitcoin wiki IMO.

Sort of cos not having a good capital is the main thing holding me back from trading this days.

All you need is to have a wallet and an account at a trading platform,and the money.Then you can start reading more but it's not that hard,just follow the instructions,all the information's available right there,you don't have much work to do other than that.Good luck.

wallet isn't enough 
you also need bitcoin itself - small amount can still be traded but sure its better to have a lot for you need to have a lot of practise as well. there is no dummy account in trading coins unlike in forex market.
