Coin is semidead. It's a «one-dev-coin», because dev's premine at 396,666,667 participate in POS and now have 398,813,956 RCX, meanwhile ALL other miners got only 30,753,400 RCX or ~4526RCX per block.
Forecast after end POW phase total supply coins will ~450,000,000 and more then 400M is dev's part  
After one year dev's  should be with 700M rcx holder.
