How were those PINs acquired ?
What country are they ?

How were those PINs acquired ? = newspaper seller (in cash)

What country are they ? = Belgium
Then you have the coupons ? Right ?
What assurance do we have you will not take the BTC and declare those PINs stolen from you ? and thus losing the money and getting in trouble.

Then you have the coupons ? Right ? : yes

What assurance do we have you will not take the BTC and declare those PINs stolen from you ? and thus losing the money and getting in trouble. Because i need your trust, i had 320€ last week, i have 400€ now, i need a long terme partership.

I have 400€ PSC (may be less, 300€ or 350€) to sell, from Belgium
I need btc, somebody can help me. (please scammers : don't come)
I was scammed last week by BTC-Fanatic, i'll like to be good with this exchange.

Please, give me a good rate, it will be a long term partnership (I hate 320€ last week, i have 400€ this one, and more after)

Why don't you add the PSC to Skrill, it will be easier to exchange the funds to BTC.
